Locks and Lashes requires a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you do not show up for an appointment or if you do not give a 48 hour notice of cancellation you will be charged $50 before being rescheduled. You must call the salon directly to cancel, please do not text. Please understand, all of our stylists work on commission. They rely on appointments as their income. Not showing up to an appointment leaves no time for our stylists to schedule other clients.
If you are not satisfied with your service, Locks and Lashes will be happy to make adjustments within 3 days of your original service. However, if you do not notify the salon within three days you will be charged regular price to receive or change any chemical service.
All sales are final. Locks and Lashes gift certificates cannot be used for gratuity. Not redeemable or refundable for cash.
